Overview

Northeast Family Services is hiring a Full-Time and Fee-for-Service Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves conducting behavioral assessments, developing treatment plans, providing family consultations and trainings, supervising behavior technicians, and direct treatment with a focus on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors. The BCBA will complete required documentation, including instructional programs, data collection, graphing and analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans. A truly flexible schedule is offered, with mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends available. Hybrid in-person and telehealth cases are also available. Responsibilities

Complete behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans. Provide family consultations and trainings; supervise behavior technicians. Deliver direct treatment focusing on skill acquisition and reducing maladaptive behaviors. Complete documentation for ongoing treatment, including instructional programs, data collection, graphing and analysis, progress reports, and behavior support plans. Develop and implement instructional programs and maintain accurate records of progress. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support client goals. Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD, with completion of BACB-approved behavior analytic coursework REQUIRED - BILINGUAL; English/Spanish Current BCBA certification, and in good standing with the BACB Current LABA preferred Minimum of two years of related clinical experience with children, adolescents, and young adults with Autism, Developmental Disabilities, and/or behavior challenges Valid driver’s license with reliable access to a vehicle Availability to work morning, after school, and evening hours Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills Experience in applied settings, developing and implementing behavioral interventions preferred Effective written and verbal communication skills A compassionate approach to care Experience administering functional behavior assessments and behavior skills assessments Proficient with word processing and graphing software; up-to-date with best practices in ABA Benefits & Compensation
