Kona Medical Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the TIBS for Kids program in Avenel and Orange, New Jersey.

This is an exciting opportunity for licensed BCBAs. We are a center-based autism services provider offering OT, ST, and ABA services. We seek driven clinicians passionate about helping children live fulfilling lives. Responsibilities

Complete behavioral assessments using specific assessment tools.

Create individualized, research-based client programs.

Analyze client progress and update programs accordingly.

Oversee implementation of behavioral programs and supervise ABA Therapists.

Train and consult with caregivers and other professionals.

Ensure proper implementation of treatment protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with ASD, including skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).

Knowledge of BACB standards for supervision and ethical service delivery.

Ability to complete assessments like FBA, FAST/MAS/FAI, VB-MAPP/ABLLS-R/AFLS, Treatment Plans, Behavior Support Plans, and Crisis Intervention Plans.

Physical ability to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods.

Ability to collaborate with OTs and STs for client-centered care.

Compensation and Location Hourly rate: $70 USD starting.

Location: Clinic-based only; no travel to homes. Some hours may be via telehealth. Clinics are in Avenel and Orange, NJ.
