The position is part of a Volkswagen Foundation-funded project focusing on advancing hyperspectral imaging methods and integrating them with other imaging techniques (e.g., µXRF, MSI) to reconstruct past climates from sedimentary archives. Responsibilities

The PhD project centers on applying and improving visible and near-infrared (VNIR) and short-wave infrared (SWIR) hyperspectral imaging for the analysis of marine and terrestrial sediment cores. Requirements
