Overview
A full-time School Psychologist position is available to serve K-12 students in the Allegany, NY area, including surrounding communities such as Fillmore and Hinsdale. This is a contract role for the upcoming school year, with an expected weekly schedule of 35 hours, potentially increasing to 37.5 hours. The position requires on-site presence, as virtual services are currently not an option.
Pay Base pay range: $50.00/hr - $60.00/hr
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments and psychological evaluations for K-12 students across two component districts.
Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students\' academic and social-emotional development.
Develop and implement intervention plans based on student needs.
Provide consultation and recommendations related to student behavior and learning challenges.
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and district regulations.
Qualifications
Valid New York State School Psychologist License is required.
Experience working within K-12 educational settings preferred.
Strong assessment and evaluation skills.
Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to work onsite across multiple district locations.
Location
