Overview
Global Site Infrastructure Implementation and Telecom Solutions
Working Schedule : Monday - Thursday, onsite; Friday Remote.
Responsibilities Infrastructure Planning & Deployment
Site and project planning across retail, office, and pop-up environments.
Procurement, BOM validation, quoting, and order placement for IT hardware and network devices.
Staging, installing, and configuring servers, networks, POS, and end-user devices for new and remodelled sites.
Lifecycle planning for global equipment updates and replacements.
Operations & Asset Management
Tracking hardware delivery, managing IT asset inventory, and updating CMDB.
Performing smoke testing, device validation, and supporting day-one operations for site launches.
Conducting network equipment and circuit audits, executing OS/firmware updates, and lifecycle asset management.
Supporting master data loading, device decommissioning, and optimizing asset usage to extend equipment life.
Telecom & Connectivity
Monitoring, provisioning, terminating, and troubleshooting telecom and carrier circuits.
Coordinating with vendors for service delivery, escalations, quotes, billing/cost centre management, contract negotiation; proficient in validating Bill of Materials.
Supporting cloud-based (e.g., CCaaS, NICE) and legacy telephony platforms, monitoring data circuit readiness, identifying outdated components, and planning telecom upgrades.
Enabling seamless integration with enterprise and cloud systems and ensuring governance.
Collaboration, Optimization & Support
Working closely with internal/external partners and field techs to define needs and coordinate deployments.
Maintaining and updating knowledge base with L1/L2 teams and managing vendor relationships.
Identifying automation opportunities, reducing incidents, boosting process efficiency, and optimizing technology costs.
Supporting service operations, brand activations, and ongoing IT and telecom operations.
