Programmer-Analyst II . The right candidate will customize Empower GUI’s and documents based on general specifications provided by Business Analysts or self-written specifications after BA consultations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Deliver well-designed and technically sound software solutions to solve business problems Champion solid software design, processes and clean code Collaborate with product owners, business analysts and fellow developers Contribute to the design and implementation of applications, services, APIs, and frameworks Enhance and/or migrate existing applications and services Participate in the continuous improvement of toolsets and practices Conduct code reviews Create and maintain automated builds and releases Provide occasional off-hours support for releases Adhere to policies and controls, and commit to the protection of company and customer information Perform other duties as assigned Tools Languages – C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML 5, SQL, Powershell Concepts – async, parallelism, distributed systems, dependency inversion, onion/orthogonal architecture Platforms – .NET Stack, Azure Devops, Visual Studio, ReSharper, CRM Dynamics, SQL Server, Redis, Elastic Stack, RabbitMQ Solutions – worker services, web applications, REST APIs Libraries – .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Mediatr, Automapper, Polly, MassTransit, Telerik Dynamics 365 – plugins, actions, workflows, solutions, Power Apps, CDS Qualifications Education and/or Experience
3 - Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. BS or BA degree in computer science, business administration, or related field is preferred 3 -4 years experience as a programmer in a hardware/software environment similar to DHIFS Ability to do programming debugging, data analysis and limited system analysis Good planning, problem solving, analytical, people and communication skills required Previous experience working with “packaged/proprietary” software essential Customer service orientation a must Strong software design and programming ability Come join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
