TEKsystems' client is seeking a Network/Systems Admin to be their lead IT Network Support Engineer onsite. Must have strong networking skills, systems administration and comfortable troubleshooting end-user issues in absence of Support team WHEN NECCESSARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain the facility's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems, including servers, storage, and backup systems. Coordinate with internal team or third-party vendors for the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of IT hardware and software. Support and Troubleshooting
Provide support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Respond to and resolve IT support requests in a timely manner, minimizing disruptions to manufacturing operations. Conduct root-cause analysis to prevent recurring technical problems. Project Management
Lead and execute IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and develop solutions that align with business goals. Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides. QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills: Proficiency in network administration (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN, etc.). Experience with Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration. Experience with Rack and Stacking - able to view a closet and install servers, cables, routers/switches. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
