LHH is seeking a high-level Personal Assistant and Asset Manager with strong financial and legal acumen.
This role involves managing a broad range of personal, household, and investment-related responsibilities for a private client, including close collaboration with a key family member. Key Responsibilities Property & Asset Oversight Maintain warranties and documentation across multiple properties
Coordinate property maintenance and vendor relationships
Oversee security systems and insurance coverage, ensuring regular reviews and updates
Vehicle & Equipment Management Manage documentation for a fleet of vehicles, including titles, bills of sale, insurance, and service records
Financial & Legal Administration Track income and expenses across investments and business interests
Gather documentation for tax preparation (filing not required)
Review contracts and service agreements
Support oversight of trusts, foundations, and accounts to ensure compliance and alignment with client goals
Record trust transactions and maintain financial transparency using QuickBooks, Quicken, or similar software
Handle accounts payable/receivable, payroll (if applicable), and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Digitize and organize legal files in cloud storage
Collections & Insurance Catalogue and manage valuable items, ensuring appropriate insurance coverage and documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile Background in accounting or paralegal work with strong financial literacy required
8–10 years of relevant experience
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented
Strong communication skills for providing regular updates and summaries
Pay Details:
$80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year Search managed by:
