Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in a dynamic, multi-entity environment Lead and mentor a collaborative team of accounting professionals Partner with cross-functional leaders to support business goals Help streamline reporting, month-end close, and internal controls Contribute to system/process improvement and business transformation initiatives Support leadership with financial insights, trends, and analysis Must have:
6+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance Prior experience managing or mentoring a team Experienced in Audit and SOX compliance Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting processes Comfortable navigating change and building structure in fast-growing environments Experience with ERP systems a plus Seniority level
