high-net-worth (HNW) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) client wealth management

due to company growth. This role requires someone with 8+ years of experience, must be a CFA, and with superior client service skills. This is an onsite position with some flexibility. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time. Responsibilities

Portfolio Management Design and implement customized investment portfolios based on clients’ risk profiles, time horizons, and goals. Rebalance and monitor portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with investment policy statements (IPS) and market conditions. Utilize a disciplined, research-based investment process to manage all asset classes. Collaborate with the investment committee to contribute to firm-wide model portfolios and asset allocation strategies. Client Relationship Management Serve as a primary or supporting advisor for HNW client relationships. Communicate portfolio performance, strategy rationale, and market outlook to clients and their families. Provide proactive service and consultative advice aligned with clients’ wealth management plans. Collaborate with financial planners, CPAs, estate attorneys, and other professionals to deliver integrated wealth solutions. Research and Analysis Conduct investment research and due diligence on asset classes, fund managers, and individual securities. Stay informed on macroeconomic trends, financial markets, and regulatory changes. Contribute to white papers, investment commentary, and client education content. Compliance and Documentation Ensure portfolios are managed in compliance with applicable regulations (e.g., SEC, RIA standards) and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation, including IPS, trade rationales, and client meeting notes. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. CFA is required for this role. 6+ years of portfolio management experience, preferably within an RIA or wealth management environment. Demonstrated experience working with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trusts. Deep understanding of Money Management and Wealth Management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Salary
