Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Salt are supporting a global sports technology company is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to lead its North America finance operations. This role balances financial control, cost efficiency, and business partnering to support profitable growth. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all accounting processes (A/P, A/R, fixed assets, general ledger) and ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations. Manage monthly close, journal entries, tax filings, and external audits. Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Drive cost management, oversee procurement, and support leadership with financial insights. Ensure strong internal controls, payroll accuracy, and insurance/risk management. Requirements: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred. 5–7 years’ relevant experience with strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory compliance. Proven track record in financial systems, cost optimization, and team leadership. Experience with NetSuite and SaaS revenue recognition is a plus. Seniority level
