Sono Bello, a national leader in cosmetic surgery with over 120 locations across the U.S., is seeking a data-driven Senior FP&A Analyst to help propel our continued expansion. This pivotal role partners closely with finance and executive leadership to deliver actionable insights that guide critical decisions across all functions.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead components of the company’s budgeting and long-term strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Build and maintain sophisticated, dynamic financial models to support scenario planning and long-range forecasting. Identify key financial trends, risks, and opportunities to drive improved decision-making and business outcomes. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews and board-level financial presentations. Business & Financial Analysis
Provide actionable insights into revenue, expenses, profitability, operational efficiency, assets, liabilities, equity, and cash flow. Perform deep-dive financial and operational analyses to uncover trends and recommend optimizations. Partner with department leaders to align financial goals with operational plans and business priorities. Build ROI analyses for strategic initiatives including new markets, products, or capital expenditures. Support investor and lender requests, ensuring compliance with financial covenants and requirements. Contribute to enterprise and equity valuations to support fundraising, M&A activity, and investor relations. Strategic Decision Support
Collaborate with finance leadership and cross-functional teams to support critical business decisions and investments. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to evaluate options under varying market conditions. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and KPIs to track, visualize, and communicate company performance. Process Improvement & Automation
Champion automation and process improvement initiatives across financial planning and reporting functions. Optimize financial systems and tools to drive efficiency and data accuracy. Contribute to improving forecasting and reporting methodologies and ensuring data integrity. Team Leadership & Development
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and financial ownership across the organization. Contribute to refining training and tools to improve financial literacy and empower business partners with data-driven insights. Education And Experience Required
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, or CFA, preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance roles, ideally within high-growth or multi-location environments and both smaller and larger organizations. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical techniques. Proven track record of delivering financial insights to senior executives. Expertise in financial planning systems and BI tools. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Compensation
