Location: New York, NY Duties: Provide expert legal counsel in structured finance, securitization, and CLO matters Handle complex transactions and manage client relationships Draft, review, and negotiate structured finance agreements and related documents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and drive projects to completion Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis on industry trends and legal issues Manage multiple client engagements while maintaining high-quality work product and client satisfaction Work independently and collaborate with partners and associates on various projects Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices Participate in business development efforts, including client meetings and networking opportunities Requirements: Minimum of 9 years of experience in structured finance, securitization, and/or CLO law Experience at a top law firm, particularly with AmLaw 100 firms, is preferred Ability to manage complex transactions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong business judgment and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both orally and in writing Demonstrated ability to influence others and collaborate within a team Education & Certifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Licensed to practice in the jurisdiction Skills: Advanced analytical and writing skills Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficient in legal research and problem-solving Conceptual thinking and ability to manage complex issues Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
