Role Description We are seeking experienced commercial real estate brokers looking to plug their book of business into a fully-integrated, modern CRE brokerage platform. This role would be 100% commission set-up through an independent contractor agreement. This is a full-time on-site role located in Denver, CO. They will be engaging with clients to understand their needs and providing expert advice and support throughout the real estate transaction process. Qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of CRE Brokerage experience (looking for Brokers with an existing book of business) Skills in Sale and Lease Negotiations and Buyer, Seller, Landlord and Tenant Representation Brokerage and Sales experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong client relationship management capabilities Ability to work independently Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not required Seniority level : Mid-Senior level Employment type : Full-time Job function : Sales and Management
