Caesars Entertainment Supervises slot employees to ensure the delivery of a great time, every time to all guests. Manages the day-to-day operation of Slot service on assigned shift. Monitors appearance of all service areas and follows-up to ensure cleanliness standards are met. Monitors staffing levels, bank/floor assignments daily and weekly schedules to include breaks. Responsible for training slot employees, providing each with the knowledge and appropriate direction to perform their duties. Monitors compliance with company, departmental and Federal, State regulatory agency rules and regulations. Provides training, feedback, and disciplinary action regarding rules and regulations. Possesses a thorough working knowledge of the various types of slot machines, their functions, malfunctions and layout schedules. Maintains security of all games, money, and employees. Strives to build rapport with Slot players and handles customer disputes, making every effort to achieve customer satisfaction. Makes recommendations to the Slot Shift Manager and/or the Director of Operations to improve the efficiency of the department and build business.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age. High school diploma required. One (1) year casino experience required, preferably in slot operation. Must possess strong supervisory and leadership skills. Previous guest contact experience required. Must possess a thorough understanding of slot floor operations. Must have strong knowledge of the various internal written and verbal codes/abbreviations. Previous knowledge of casino rules, regulations and procedures pertinent to Slot operations is required.
Compensation & Benefits
$45,000 to $55,000 Bi-Weekly Pay Dates Paid Time Off, 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance Seniority level
