Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: Manage Civil Infrastructure and Utility Projects related to water and wastewater Lead team to successfully deliver projects. Prepare and review preliminary and final plans and technical specifications, contract documents and estimates, and make recommendations. Responsible for working with the design team for day-to-day decisions on resource allocation, and project budgets Manage the preparation of engineering reports, plans, and specifications for projects. Supervise and observe the design and ongoing progress of a project. Coordinate with the City, State, and County officials, contractors, and clients. Proficient in CADD / Civil 3D techniques and principles. Requirements
Essential Skills and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university Professional Engineer (PE) License in NY or NJ required Minimum 15 years of water/wastewater engineering experience, ideally including the design and construction of full (including greenfield) wastewater treatment plants Pipe flow modeling experience Multi-tasker Ability to collaborate in a remote/hybrid work environment Excellent team-builder, client cultivator, quality manager, and operational leader Seniority level
