Immediate An established self-performing general contractor is seeking an experienced Site EHS Manager to oversee a large concrete structure project in Miami. This role is field-focused, supporting safe delivery of heavy civil and vertical construction activities while driving a strong safety culture on site. Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day site safety management, conducting field inspections and safety audits across all active work areas. Oversee excavation, concrete, and structural scopes, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company standards. Deliver toolbox talks, incident investigations, and corrective action plans. Support site leadership with risk assessments, pre-task planning, and JHAs. Engage with bilingual field teams, ensuring clear and consistent safety communication. Coordinate with subcontractors on permit-to-work, LOTO, and confined space programs. Track and report safety performance metrics to support continuous improvement. Qualifications
5-10 years of safety experience in heavy commercial or concrete construction environments. Strong knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 and self-perform construction practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence field teams. Bilingual (English/Spanish)
