What to Expect
Develop responsive, accessible front-end code using HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Build and extend custom themes, templates, and Gutenberg blocks within WordPress VIP
Collaborate with marketers and designers to deliver visually precise and high-performing websites
Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and performance optimization
Contribute to internal component libraries and uphold coding standards
What is Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or relevant work experience
3–5 years of professional experience in front-end development on CMS-driven, responsive websites
Proven expertise in WordPress VIP, including deployment workflows and performance optimization
Hands-on experience building custom Gutenberg blocks (React-based)
Strong collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
How to Stand Out
Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, responsive design, and mobile-first development
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for smooth designer/developer handoff
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing environments
