Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and develop tailored intervention plans Collaborate with educators and staff to implement strategies that support student mental health and learning Provide individual and group counseling to students, addressing a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns Participate in multidisciplinary teams to discuss student progress and coordinate care Offer training and resources to teachers and staff on mental health best practices Engage with families to support student needs and ensure continuity of care
