Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Telehealth Butterfly Effects is led by BCBAs with Dr. Steve Woolf, PhD., BCBA-D, as President and Molly McGinnis, M.Ed., BCBA, as Vice President of Clinical Services and Practice Development. We are committed to supporting BCBAs to grow and develop their skills while making a socially meaningful change in the lives of children and families. Our butterfly logo represents love, rebirth, and metamorphosis; together, the name and logo reflect our purpose of helping families create lasting change through individualized ABA therapy. What would you be doing?
Reporting to a Regional or Assistant Regional Director, you will be integral to achieving high-quality treatment outcomes for families affected by ASD. As a member of the Butterfly Effects interdisciplinary team, the BCBA designs and manages individualized behavior programming including: Managing RBTs/BTs Supervising direct 1:1 ABA service delivery Conducting behavior assessments Individualizing client treatment goals and objectives Conducting monthly caregiver training Coordinating with other professionals on your clients’ treatment team
What do you bring to the role?
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field BCBA Certification – Must hold a current certification by the BACB BCBAs who require additional experience will be enrolled in our BCBA mentorship program
