Job Details Advanced Practice Provider Job Summary The Critical Care Physician Assistant will support the Medical Staff by evaluating and treating hospital patients. The House Staff responds to requests from Medical Staff and other clinical staff, evaluates patients, and initiates treatment in cooperation with the treating physician. The PA/NY will assist in maintaining quality care metrics and advocate for excellent patient care and service excellence. The House Staff provides hospital-wide coverage 24/7.
Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
Unrestricted Physician Assistant license in New York.
At least two years of clinical experience as a Medical Physician Assistant.
Completion of the Fundamental of Critical Care Course or equivalent within 6 months of hire.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Salary Range USD $90.10 per hour. This rate is an estimate; actual pay depends on qualifications, skills, and experience. It does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits.
