Pay and compensation
Base pay range:
$15.00/hr - $28.00/hr
Hourly Wage:
$15 - $28 per/hour
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may apply from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
