The Logistics Technician will work in the shipping and receiving area, parts crib, or staging area. The primary function in all departments is to receive incoming goods and to organize and disperse the goods to the assembly departments as needed. The ideal candidate must have a cooperative and flexible demeanor and understand that day to day responsibilities may change depending on the workload of the three departments they will support. Roles & Responsibilities Receiving and inspecting incoming goods Stocking incoming goods to the parts crib or staging shelves Confirming SAP transfer orders by entering the bin location to which the incoming goods were stocked Picking specified products and quantities per picklists generated in SAP by the Assembly departments Delivering picked products to the specified Assembly location Boxing and packaging outgoing shipments of components Forklift operations Education & Experience Requirements High School Diploma/GED required SAP experience is a plus Forklift license preferred General Requirements Excellent customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong math skills and understanding of mechanics Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Willing to work overtime as needed Occasionally lift 50-75 lbs.
