Overview

The Department of Internal Medicine seeks two physicians to join our practice in Florence, Kentucky (68 Cavalier Blvd 41042). The UC College of Medicine has a long-standing commitment to primary care, education, and patient-centered care across the Cincinnati Tri-State region. Responsibilities

Diagnose diseases or study medical conditions using techniques across pathology, histology, cytology, cytopathology, clinical chemistry, immunology, flow cytometry, and molecular biology. Write reports summarizing analyses, results, and conclusions. Identify the etiology, pathogenesis, morphological changes, and clinical significance of diseases. Analyze and interpret results from tests. Document findings, plans, and actions according to departmental guidelines and standards. Maintain a working knowledge of relevant medical and legal issues impacting patient care. Maintain records and statistics in accordance with department policies. Attend and participate in staff, committee, department, and other administrative meetings. Participate in the department\'s continuous quality improvement efforts. Provide education to other health care professionals. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications

Medical Degree (MD or DO). Licensure by the State of Ohio Medical Board. Completion of a three-year residency/training program in Internal Medicine. Active DEA license. Compensation and Benefits
