Summary Responsible for loan applications received from members on-site or through other means and expediting the loan approval process. Responsible for quality control review, returned credit card mail, monthly credit card maintenance reports and systems testing.
Education And/or Experience
High school education or GED required
Minimum one year financial services experience required
Minimum one year lending or credit card experience preferred
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for quality control review of all booked credit card applications
Processes credit card transactions when received, including: balance transfers, replacement cards, statement copy requests, travel notes and any miscellaneous requests. Acts as primary point of contact for in-house credit card related inquiries
Responsible for returned credit card mail. Contacts members to obtain updated information
Responsible for monthly credit card maintenance reports. Responsible for processing remittance payments from collection agencies
Participates in lending systems UAT programs. Tests new LOS functionality and reports defects uncovered
Assists with loan applications received from members on-site or through other means
Communicates loan decisions via email or phone
Sends follow up emails in accordance with Lending Policy; acts as liaison between members, Consumer Lending Processors, and Regional Lending Specialists
Perform other duties as needed upon request from immediate supervisor
