The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in taking web applications from initial concept through full implementation and ongoing support, demonstrating a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and best practices for deployment and maintenance. Experience in setting up web application environments for 5-7 years is needed, including configuring servers, managing dependencies, and ensuring environments are secure and reliable. 3-4 years of experience working with databases is required, with a preference for SQL Server. This includes designing schemas, writing queries, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting database issues.
