Responsible for ensuring an overall state of compliance as it relates to executing tasks that could be either strategic or tactical concerning business needs. Ensure that process automation solutions / systems are in-control, capable, and compliant. Key Objectives / Deliverables
Serve as the system custodian for network infrastructure including but not limited to servers, workstations, network, and cyber security. Serve as a liaison between Engineering and IT keeping pace with global changes that impact the site and determining implementation strategy. Serve as the site SME for automation infrastructure. Ensure changes to control systems, maintenance, and other interventions do not have an adverse impact of the qualification state of the equipment. Ensure that new assets delivered to the site can be integrated and supported by site technical staff. Provide Tier 2 floor support for unscheduled downtime of equipment. Plan and execute technical projects to meet current and future business needs. Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or other technical degree 2+ years experience in regulated environment, preferably in pharma Additional Preferences
Ability to work in a safe manner to ensure the safety of self and others. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills to be able to work effectively in a team-based environment. Responsible for leading by example in safety, working safely and accountable for supporting all HSE Corporate and Site Goals. Previous experience as a process automation engineer or in IT is desirable. Experience with database management, SQL and related technologies. Small/medium project management or change management experience. Pharmaceutical experience is desirable. Computer System Validation experience is desirable. Other Information
8-hour days, after-hour support. The anticipated wage for this position is the range shown below. $64,500 - $143,000 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus and a comprehensive benefits program, including 401(k), medical/dental/vision, flexible spending accounts, life and disability insurance, paid time off, and well-being benefits.
