As a Client Solutions Manager in the Embedded Payment group, you are an integral part of a team that innovates and supports the sales process for the technical adoption of comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Leveraging your technical expertise in specific products and industries, you develop viable solutions that add value to clients, track how clients are using our products, and ensure results are realized. Responsibilities

Engagement with clients to understand problem statements and use cases to design scalable solutions for clients with EF&S (Embedded Finance and Solutions) product portfolio Understand industry-specific trends and insights targeting segments in Technology and Ecommerce, Financial Services and Diversified Industries Lead the configuration and modification of the firm’s products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases Support Sales in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning Engage with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions Collaborate with product, risk, compliance and marketing teams to drive buy-in from cross-functional partners and deliver solutions to clients Identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback Becomes a key member of a JPMorgan Embedded Payments team with involvement in defining the customer strategy; identify and close new complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption Serve as a subject matter expert on Embedded Payment solutions, translating client needs and industry trends into technical requirements for SaaS platforms, Marketplaces, and Fintechs Demonstrate knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks to meet the needs of diverse customers Qualifications

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise across a broad set of related products Demonstrated experience in product management, solution design, program management and strategy roles Ability to apply deep technical understanding to solution configurations in a specific domain Experience supporting Sales in pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers Ability to read API documentation and assist clients with integration questions Experience with Embedded Payments and related technical nuances (ACH, RTP, Wires, Push-to-Debit, etc.) Executive engagement skills and the presence to establish strong relationships with key decision makers About Us
