Objective Of Position

The Salesforce/nCino Administrator is responsible for help with the planning, development, and ongoing deployment of the nCino Loan origination system and Salesforce platform, as well as troubleshooting issues on behalf of all users. This role will help develop, maintain, and improve the processes, efficiency, and user adoption of the Salesforce platform. Duties And Responsibilities

Assists in providing support to the nCino user base around day-to-day activities including configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the platform. Help identifies, diagnoses and resolves end user problems in an effective manner. Help supports Salesforce platform’s user security, set up security profiles and permissions for all users. Help builds, tests and deploys enhancements to nCino custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports, dashboards, and processes to continually improve data quality, process integrity and productivity. Help performs intermittent application testing of new nCino releases and internal organizational changes. Participates in future conversions and configurations planned for the Bank as part of our roadmap. Assist in developing training plans, materials, and documentation for application users; coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions; communicate system changes. Help identify opportunities to leverage the applications to support additional business intelligence, processes improvements and efficiencies and new functionalities. All other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s Degree 3+ years of proven technical experience in Salesforce/Force.com administrator nCino Administrator Certification strongly preferred General lending knowledge including CRE, C&I, construction lending; basic knowledge of SBA and consumer lending is a plus Excellent verbal and written communication skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Working knowledge of web services and integration methods Hands-on experience with Salesforce Reports and dashboards Understand agile concepts and willingness to support ITIL processes FIS or FiServ Financial system background preferred Physical Demands / Work Environment

Usual office environment with frequent sitting, walking, and standing; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and balancing. Frequent use of eye, hand, and finger coordination for office equipment. Effective oral and auditory communication for interpersonal interaction and use of automated devices. Compensation & Benefits
