Yes Position Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated journeyman software developer with full-stack expertise to support Aeronautical Navigation applications. The candidate will have experience developing, modifying, and integrating AWS-based software solutions, participate in Agile development cycles, collaborate across internal teams, and apply modern DevOps principles to ensure stable and innovative software delivery. Primary Responsibilities
Support the design, development, integration, and deployment of software solutions into AWS cloud environments. Work with cloud-native technologies including AWS Lambda, EC2, and foundational services like compute and storage. Perform full-stack development using C#/Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and shell scripting. Develop and maintain APIs and backend functionality for front-end frameworks including React and Redux. Modify and integrate GOTS and open-source code for use in web applications. Create and maintain software documentation and repositories using GitLab. Collaborate in Agile team environments using Jira and Confluence, participating in sprint planning and iteration reviews. Apply unit testing, CI/CD, and secure coding best practices. Analyze and validate functionality against user stories and acceptance criteria. Troubleshoot application issues across development, test, and operational environments. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years, or 4 additional years of experience in lieu of degree. Active TS/SCI clearance. Minimum 3 years of experience with React or another modern JavaScript framework. 3+ years of experience in C#, Python, and full-stack development. Experience deploying applications in AWS and familiarity with AWS compute and storage. Experience with CI/CD tools and GitLab version control. Experience working in Agile environments using Jira and Confluence. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Self-starter capable of independent technical problem-solving. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS CloudFormation, Lambda, REST APIs, and serverless architectures. Familiarity with Linux and/or Windows system administration. Experience with DoD Aeronautical datasets. Hands-on experience with Node.js, NPM, Swashbuckle, Sass. AWS Developer or Solutions Architect certifications. Security+ (or equivalent) certification required for DoD 8570 compliance. TS/SCI with Polygraph preferred. Pay Range
$80,000–$100,000 The Ennoble First pay range for this job level is a general guideline only. Additional factors considered in offers include responsibilities, education, experience, and other factors.
