By 2025, we offer center-based and in-home ABA therapy in California, Oregon, Washington, and Tennessee. Hybrid Model: up to 66% remote (2-3 days in person, the rest remote!) Career progression: BCBA - Senior BCBA - Lead BCBA - Area Director Full-time and part-time opportunities. No non-compete contracts. Sunrise BCBA Responsibilities: Providing case management for children on the autism spectrum ages 2-18. Data collection utilizing Central Reach. Billable hour requirements: 30 hours/week for full-time BCBAs; 75% of total hours worked for part-time BCBAs. Complete intake and assessments. Parent training. Collaboration with clinicians and clinical directors. Mentorship for RBTs, MLPs, and BCaBAs. Sunrise BCBA Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Master's Degree High emphasis on integrity and ethics Passion for client success Strong leadership skills Salary: $85,000—$98,000 USD
