Description The Department of Sociology and Criminology Program at Hofstra University seeks part-time, adjunct faculty to teach both introductory and advanced Criminology courses. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Teaching core courses in Sociology

In-person classes

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students with diverse backgrounds and be committed to equitable and inclusive pedagogy.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Sociology required. Successful candidates will have demonstrated a commitment to promoting equity, diversity and inclusion in an educational environment.
