Overview

Division of Behavioral Medicine and Clinical Psychology at Cincinnati Children’s is seeking a psychologist to join the acute psychiatry inpatient team. The psychiatry inpatient program at CCHMC is one of the largest in the U.S. with 99 beds. Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position primarily include oversight of individualized behavioral interventions across the child and adolescent units, supervision of a team of master’s level Behavioral Health Consultants, and supporting multi-disciplinary treatment teams. Other responsibilities are dedicated to training and development of direct-care staff competence in implementing behavioral strategies across the inpatient system, as well as supervision of residents in psychology. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have completed a doctorate in clinical or school psychology (APA accredited).

Be licensed or license-eligible in Ohio and through PsyPACT.

Experience in acute inpatient psychiatry, behavioral consultation, and/or behavioral intervention development.
