Orlando, FL Base pay range : $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS UP TO $24K Overview ABA Centers of Florida provides a BCBA full-time opportunity with a focus on quality outcomes, clinician support, and a growth-oriented culture. We offer a student-loan repayment program (up to $24,000 total, $1,000 per month), a lower-than-average billable hours requirement, smaller caseloads, and scheduling flexibility.
Student-loan repayment program (up to $24,000 total - $1,000 per month)
Lower-than-average billable hours requirement (27 hours per week)
Smaller-than-average caseloads (8-10 cases, 180 RBT hours per week)
Flexibility in scheduling where and when you work
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs
Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers
Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment, etc.)
Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly
Other typical BCBA activities
Qualifications / Requirements
Masters degree
Active BCBA certification, required
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
