Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machining processes including milling and turning. Set up and operate CNC machines, ensuring proper tooling and fixtures are in place. Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and engineering drawings to create accurate programs. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to verify part dimensions. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process. Conduct regular maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Design, print and produce a program independently. Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes, setups, and production runs. Qualifications

Proficient in CNC programming (ESPRIT preferred) and CAM software (SolidWorks, CATIA). Strong knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles. Familiarity with PPAP process. Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) for quality assurance checks. Solid understanding of tooling, geometry, and machining techniques in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of medical machining and Swiss Machines. Experience in lean manufacturing practices is highly desirable. Required Skills
