Overview

We have a remote permanent position with our publicly traded energy client for an SAP FICO Architect. Will lead the design, build, and support of end-to-end finance processes within the SAP landscape – configure and optimize SAP FICO modules including GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and COPA. Implement and support FERC accounting structures, allocations, and reporting requirements. Lead SAP Finance workstreams in large-scale transformation programs including CIS and Billing Systems. Responsibilities

Lead the design, build, and support of end-to-end SAP Finance processes across SAP FICO modules: GL, AP/AR, Asset Accounting, Controlling, and COPA. Configure and optimize finance processes; implement and support FERC accounting structures, allocations, and reporting requirements. Lead SAP Finance workstreams in large-scale transformation programs including CIS and Billing Systems. Develop and maintain the SAP Finance architecture roadmap to ensure scalability and compliance. Leverage strong SAP S/4HANA Finance expertise and integrate with edge systems such as Utilities International, PowerPlan, BlackLine, and other financial applications. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in SAP Finance (FICO) with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations. Strong background in the Utilities industry to lead end-to-end finance processes within SAP. Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and integration with edge systems (e.g., Utilities International, PowerPlan, BlackLine) and other financial applications. Location & Travel

Hybrid remote with periodic travel to Newark, DE. Must reside or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: TX, IL, NJ, OH, DE, MD, PA, VA, NC, GA, FL. Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range:

$170,000 – $190,000+ with bonus; salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, and additional voluntary benefits. Legal & Compliance
