The Department of Pediatrics – Critical Care located in Austin is seeking an
Assistant Professor Non-Tenure Track
to provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered intensive care. The role involves role modeling ethical and professional behavior in every interaction. Approximately 60% of FTE is dedicated to direct patient care. Partner with cardiac surgery, cardiology, and neonatology leaders to optimize care delivery across all areas and levels of cardiac care. Ensure the PICU/CICU team is informed of any changes in hospital policies or practices affecting clinical practice or workplace conditions. Support and participate in educational series and patient care conferences. Minimum Qualifications
Board certification in Pediatrics is required. Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatric Critical Care and/or Pediatric Nephrology is also required. Additional Details
