We are celebrating our 20-year anniversary and are looking to expand our Pilates Team with a part-time instructor, with potential to go full-time. We seek a passionate, client-focused, positive, and hardworking individual who shares our commitment to health and wellness. The instructor will focus on delivering quality, attentive, first-class client care, assessing individual or semi-private group clients, and tailoring sessions to their needs.
The role involves working with a diverse clientele, including those seeking fitness improvements and clients undergoing therapy. Therefore, knowledge of therapeutic Pilates and a strong interest in anatomy and therapy are required. The instructor will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Guide clients during Pilates sessions, correcting techniques and providing confident instruction. Offer session modifications to suit different fitness levels. Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers to promote a comprehensive approach to wellness. Minimum Requirements
Certification from an accredited organization to teach Pilates (Mat certification/Anatomy certification). Certification on all studio apparatus (Reformer, Cadillac/Tower, Chair, Barrel). At least two years of Pilates instructing experience preferred. Benefits for Full-Time Employees
