Leasing Manager
— Responsible for overseeing all aspects of leasing and marketing at the property. Works with the Community Manager to set leasing goals and develop a strategic marketing plan to achieve budgeted occupancy. Leads the leasing team and drives effective leasing, marketing, and resident relations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leasing Management Attend onsite regularly Ensure effective leasing techniques, accurate follow-up, lease signing, documentation, and reporting Audit lease files for policy and procedure adherence Resolve resident complaints and maintain satisfaction Develop and implement resident retention programs Show, lease, and move in prospective residents Marketing Management Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and budget Execute marketing efforts and campaigns to generate traffic Monitor leasing/renewal progress and provide support where needed Plan and execute leasing and renewal events Maintain product knowledge, perform market surveys, and report findings Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and occupancy Personnel Management Assist the Community Manager with hiring, training, coaching, and development of on-site staff Support ongoing staff training and performance guidance Promote teamwork and quality performance Ensure policy and procedure compliance Administrative Management Deliver excellent customer service and monitor maintenance service requests Maintain property appearance and coordinate timely repairs with inspections Supervise business operations related to property management Plan and manage resources, equipment, and supplies, including vendor bids and contract handling Education/Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s housing industry experience Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements Physical Requirements
Regularly sit or stand for extended periods; communicate effectively Move, climb, and maneuver around the property; operate vehicles as needed Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs; work overtime, weekends, or nights as needed Work in various environments and weather conditions; exposure to hazards as applicable At Asset Living, compensation considers factors such as skill, background, training, and certifications. Offers include total rewards including benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability), 401K with employer matching, commissions and bonuses where applicable, and paid sick days and company holidays for full-time employees. Salary Range : $19 per hour to $26 per hour Location
