Column Technical Services is seeking a seasoned
Workday Analyst
with HCM and Recruiting expertise to join a HR Technology team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and a passion for optimizing HR systems to support organizational growth. As a key contributor, you will lead Workday initiatives, collaborate across teams, and ensure HRIS infrastructure delivers seamless, high-impact solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive business value. Job Responsibilities Configure and manage Workday HCM and Recruiting functional areas to align with evolving business needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to integrate HRIS solutions with other enterprise systems, driving interoperability and data accuracy. Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Lead Workday HCM and Recruiting initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, system build and testing, change management planning, go-live execution, and post-implementation review. Partner with Workday technology leads business owners to maintain a robust HRIS foundation that supports seamless integration of specialized technologies. Utilize deep Workday expertise to optimize system performance and ensure HR platforms deliver strategic value to the organization. Collaborate with leadership on cross-functional initiatives, implementing system solutions that enhance employee experience and support organizational growth. Resolve complex system issues escalated beyond Tier 1 support. Support mass data conversions, transformations, and Workday EIB processes. Participate in planning, managing, and executing Workday-related projects to ensure successful delivery. Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams. Apply a solid understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and industry best practices. Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of experience in HR Technology, including at least 5 years in Workday HCM configuration. At least 3 years of experience configuring Workday Recruiting. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. Proficiency with Workday Questionnaires. High level of integrity and attention to detail. Strong technical aptitude and analytical mindset with proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and accurately. Collaborative team player with a results-driven approach. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently. Commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions. Experience in Workday implementations and relevant certifications. Ability to write and customize Workday reports. Familiarity with Workday HiredScore.
