Staff Accountant, Flower Mound (70K-75K)

Overview LHH is looking to fill a Staff Accountant position in Flower Mound, TX. We have partnered with a growing company expanding their footprint in the area. Responsibilities

Preparing and recording journal entries by compiling and analyzing account information and summarizing financial status

Reconciling bank and balance sheet accounts

Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts

Assist with financial statement preparation

Support the cash reporting function for daily tasks and reports

Provide support and assistance for accounts receivable functions

Perform a variety of accounting tasks according to established accounting principles and procedures

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

2-3 years of experience

Good knowledge of accounting principles

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) is a plus
