Responsibilities include marketing, analyzing coverage options, presenting recommendations, and implementing insurance programs. Maintain a retention rate of 92% or above and support USI's sales process by participating in new business opportunities. Responsibilities
Provide proactive, personalized support to assigned clients. Recommend insurance programs based on USI’s solutions. Offer technical expertise to clients and prospects. Support sales and cross-selling efforts, participating in meetings with prospective clients. Manage client accounts per USI guidelines and KPIs. Handle renewal workflows to prevent coverage lapses. Market and place client insurance renewals. Identify appropriate carriers for market pricing. Compare carrier quotes and coverage options. Make insurance recommendations to clients. Build relationships with insurance carriers for negotiations. Follow company policies on credit, collections, and cancellations. Stay updated on industry trends and technology. Mentor junior team members. Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
5+ years in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance. College degree preferred. Strong understanding of Property & Casualty insurance. Property & Casualty license required. Knowledge of Sagitta/ImageRight preferred. Industry designations such as ARM, CIC, CPCU preferred. Proficient with internet-based programs and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle complex tasks with multiple variables. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Excellent communication skills. Why USI?
