We are expanding our team in the US and around the world, and our newest office is based in Irving’s Las Colinas development to serve as a centralized hub for employees and customers from across the US.
The Account Executive will drive new business and revenue across the North America Central region, collaborating with Kinaxis senior management to shape our growth strategy. This role is ideal for a rising talent with approximately 8 years of experience, particularly in SaaS sales and supply chain management.
What you will do
Leads efforts for identifying opportunities and growing revenue and new name accounts in North America
Working with Kinaxis senior management to develop the relevant account strategies and engagements to drive pipeline growth and close deals within agreed timelines
Demonstrates understanding of client operations and strategies and links them to Kinaxis solutions and high value propositions beyond technology
Team player who helps ensure delivery of client sales propositions
Establishes and maintains high-level, executive relationships with New Name Accounts, focusing on strategic relationships (direct and reseller)
Qualifies prospects according to Kinaxis capabilities and applicability
Provides accurate sales forecasts and relevant reporting based on realistic close timelines
Communicates product improvements and recommendations that originate in the field
What we are looking for
8+ years experience in selling strategic, enterprise-level mission-critical solutions (SCM, ERP, BI)
Sales experience in Automotive, High Tech Electronics, Industrial, Pharmaceutical and similar manufacturing-oriented industries with the ability to lead a sales effort for a particular industry vertical
Degree qualified with industry and SCM experience preferred
Highly motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in new or emerging markets with leading Best of Breed technologies
Demonstrated track record of closing New Name Accounts
Experience working in different North American markets and geographies on complex deals
Ability to penetrate and sell to executive-level decision makers
Ability to sell to multiple constituencies within an organization (Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, IT)
Consultative, value-proposition/business case-driven sales methodology experience
Articulate, persuasive, and passionate communicator with excellent presentation skills
Ability to work independently and be pro-active
Ability to travel as required
