Drive Financial Excellence and Transform Systems. We’re seeking a strategic and detail-driven Financial Systems Reporting Analyst to be a key partner in our Finance team’s evolution. This role bridges finance and technology, ensuring our ERP system delivers powerful insights and operational efficiency while upholding compliance and accuracy. As the vital link between Finance and IT, you’ll play a leading role in implementing, migrating, and optimizing NetSuite, shaping the future of our financial systems and reporting. Your expertise will empower leadership with timely, precise financial data to support impactful decision-making. Role and Impact
As our Financial Systems Reporting Analyst, you will support the CFO and Finance team by managing monthly financial reporting, driving budget and forecast accuracy, and leading our ERP implementation. Your efforts will ensure that our financial data is trustworthy and accessible, and that our new system elevates how we operate and report. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze detailed financial statements and budget-to-actual variance reports. Deliver timely internal reports and executive summaries that inform strategic planning. Budget & Forecasting Support
Assist the CFO with developing accurate mid-year and year-end projections. Help design and improve departmental and consolidated budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Build strong relationships across departments to ensure data integrity in the general ledger. Support audits and compliance activities by preparing required documentation. ERP Implementation & Optimization
Lead configuration, data migration, testing, and training for the transition to NetSuite. Partner with vendors and stakeholders to align the system with organizational needs. Streamline processes and automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Document procedures and provide ongoing support post-implementation. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting, audits, and internal controls. Strong expertise in GAAP and nonprofit accounting principles. Minimum 3 years hands-on NetSuite experience, including full-cycle implementation. Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively. Bonus:
