As a Permanent Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in our Accounting and Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic, growing organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and reports, preparing and monitoring budgets, participating in strategic planning, and providing insights to support decision-making and business growth. Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports and statements. Ensure the financial reports comply with current accounting principles and financial reporting standards. Analyze financial data to identify the company’s financial status and performance. Participate in budget preparation and expense management activities. Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify and resolve issues, gaps, or variances. Manage and maintain company’s financial accounting system. Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and benefits. Support auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentation. Coordinate with finance team and other departments to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. Evaluate computerized accounting systems and provide recommendations to IT team for performance improvements. Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree or professional accounting certification, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or related field. Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software, data analysis, and financial modeling. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Exceptional attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong knowledge of tax codes, compliance, and regulations. Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. About Jobot
