This position offers significant executive-level exposure, reporting directly to a Senior Director and providing visibility to the CFO. Executive Recruiting, Finance & Accounting Responsibilities
Evaluate business performance and market conditions Collaborate with the sales team and offer recommendations to identify opportunities for business growth Provide forecasting and reporting to senior management Produce monthly reports including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting Build strong relationships with department heads; create models and presentations that help them with decision-making on capital investment decisions and the impact of new investments Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 2+ years of experience in corporate finance Strong Excel skills A team player with good communication skills and strong attention to detail Compensation and benefits
