Provide branch assistance to area branches. Assist in conducting training to branch employees with emphasis on prompt, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous member service while recommending financial products and services to meet member needs. Provide support regarding new products, services, technology, and new programs and processes to encourage change. Contribute to the growth of the credit union by achieving individual, branch, and business line goals through leadership activities. Actively engage with existing and prospective members to create a positive member experience aligned with the organization’s values and culture. Deepen member relationships through expert knowledge of credit union products and services and through in-person conversations, relationship calls, and referrals to other business lines. Use a consultative approach and resources such as the Member Vision Plan to develop solutions that educate and improve members’ financial well-being. Coach, lead, and motivate branch employees; assist with training on products, services, and updates to policies and procedures for area branches. Build meaningful relationships by participating in branch promotions and community events. Obtain state-mandated insurance license to quote and bind Personal Lines insurance products where applicable. Support the Member Service Center by monitoring call activities and allocating assistance as branch and MSC needs arise. Provide recommendations for branch and organizational enhancements considering member and employee experience. Assume supervision and responsibility for area branches as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education:
High school graduate or equivalent. Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education:
Two years of increasingly responsible experience in a related field preferred. Experience/Skills:
Passion for helping people and the drive to build relationships that assist members in meeting financial goals. Strong communication and personnel management skills. Ability to effectively ask open-ended questions, problem solve, and provide solutions. Travel may be required; use of own vehicle may be necessary. Must be able to lift 25 pounds. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Pay Range:
$48,387 - $73,549 annually. Starting base salary will be determined based on candidate experience, qualifications, education, and local or state wage requirements, if applicable, and will fall within the range provided above. New hire base salaries generally fall within the minimum to midpoint of the listed range.
