You will be directly involved in serving active buyers while learning proven systems that lead to consistent production. We are looking for motivated professionals who want to see if they have the skills and drive to thrive in real estate. A real estate license is required, though applicants actively completing licensure will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Help clients determine best offer price and assist through closing the deal to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved

Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and emails to uphold our agency’s standards of client service

Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so the process is done in a timely manner

Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions

Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

Qualifications

Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision

Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your car

Driven, motivated and desires professional growth

Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly

Compensation $159,000 per year
