Accounting Manager

to join their team on a

temp-to-perm basis . This is an excellent opportunity for a driven accounting professional to step into a leadership role, oversee daily accounting operations, and contribute to long-term organizational growth. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies. Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Coordinate year-end audits and liaise with external auditors. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve internal controls. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred). 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software (experience with ERP systems preferred). Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
