About the Role
A private equity–backed real estate investment and operating company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing finance team. This is a high-impact role offering broad visibility across the organization, direct exposure to senior leadership, and the opportunity to take on strategic, value-add work that directly shapes decision-making. Responsibilities
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple real estate assets Prepare and manage property-level budgets and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning Build and maintain financial models and KPI dashboards to provide actionable insights for leadership Partner with cross-functional teams, including asset management, to support portfolio performance Deliver analysis and recommendations that influence investment and operational strategy Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required Minimum of 3 years of FP&A experience with real estate assets (multifamily, commercial, manufactured housing, build-to-rent, senior living, or related asset classes) Experience in a private equity–backed organization strongly preferred Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills Strong analytical, communication, and presentation abilities Base salary: $100,000–$120,000 + discretionary bonus Full-time, onsite role based in Scottsdale, AZ Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Location: Scottsdale, AZ Apply today to learn more about this opportunity.
